Lone Star Dog Ranch offers a full array of services:

All dogs must pass a one-time evaluation to see if they can stay with us. We do this for the safety and well-being of all dogs staying with us. For more information on the evaluation, please see our Requirements page.
Both boarding and daycare dogs will be included in all activities.
Boarding
Our facility is designed to feel as close to home for your dog as possible, offering a sanctuary of comfort and community. Our 3,000 sq ft heated and air-conditioned building is the heart of our operations. This is where our team spends most of their time, so dogs always have people nearby when we aren’t playing outside. We don’t use traditional industrial runs; instead, we provide cozy private dens with soft beds for a restful night’s sleep. The gates to the dens remain open all day, and many dogs appreciate the freedom to slip off for a quiet nap away from the high-energy play.
The play yard attached to the building features shade trees, winding pathways, and a dog-friendly swimming pond for those who love to splash. Dogs can head back indoors through accessible dog doors whenever they want a break from the sun. All dogs are fed high-quality meals twice a day unless you specify a different schedule.
Daycare
We offer daycare for clients who lead busy lives and feel like they can’t give their dog the fun and exercise they need. Daycare dogs enjoy the same freedom to play and have fun as our boarding guests, just without the overnight stay or meals.
Drop them off on your way to work and pick them up on your way home. We’ll make sure your dog is as tired as you are after a long day of work.
Appointments are recommended, although we can often accommodate same-day requests when space is available. Daycare is available to dogs who have completed our evaluation and are current on required vaccinations.
Daycare may be unavailable during severe weather, including rain, hail, sleet, snow, or temperatures of 100 degrees or more, and during high-capacity holiday periods. On those days, our attention must stay with the dogs who are boarding. If the weather is questionable, please call us and we’ll let you know the plan for the day.

Rates
$65/night
$59 per night for a second dog, and $54 per night for each additional dog.
Our boarding rate is all-inclusive because we don’t believe excellent care should come with a list of extra charges. Food, affection, playtime, swimming, and medication administration are all included. Grooming is available separately.
